Expert Consultative Committee of MOA Established

The conference passes the constitutions of expert consultative committee of MOA and suggested names of Chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and deputy-secretary-general and the committee members give suggestions about fishery. And vice minister, Yu Kangzhen attends the meeting and made important speeches.  

The expert consultative committee of MOA, as a comprehensive high-end think tank and intelligent support to directly serve fishery development and administration, is the highest-level think tank in the fishery field of MOA.        
The establishment of the expert consultative committee of MOA is the implementation of General Office of CCP and the Council General Office related document spirit to adapt to new situations and tasks of fishery, which can promote fishery to a higher level development. 

Zhang Xianniang, director of fishery administration bureau of MOA, chairs the meeting and 15 expert representatives, related departments of MOA, fishery administration bureau, Beijing fishery public institution members participate in this meeting.
